We, Jiangyin Comat Metal Products Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter Comat) and Jiangyin East China Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter EC Medical) belong to the Jiangyin Haida Group, a Singaporean stock market registered company.

We are in Huashi Town, Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, China. It's only one and a half hours from here to Shanghai by car.

Comat is a professional manufacturer of tin plates, galvanized steel coils and cold rolled steel coils. With a total investment of more than one hundred million US dollars and an area of over 68,000 square meters, Comat has over 500 employees, of whom over 20% are engineers and technicians. At present, Comat is equipped with four electrolytic tinning lines, two hot dipped galvanized steel coil zinc coating lines and many cold rolling machines, trimming machines, cutting lines and annealing furnaces. All above equipment has a yearly production capability of 400,000 metric tons and a USD300 million output value.

EC Medical, established in Jan. 2008, is a new high-tech enterprise producing medical equipment. On the basis of ISO9001 and ISO13485 Quality Control Systems, as the first step, we have developed power wheelchair series of products. Based on high quality, our power wheelchairs have passed through European CE testing and attained American FDA certification. Our power wheelchairs have good salability from local to overseas markets.
